One of the easiest ways to move hot charcoal and burning wood around your charcoal BBQ, smoker or fireplace is by using the Standard Charcoal Tongs. The scissor design and full size handles let you securely hold the charcoal tongs with a full and proper grip, giving you far greater control and grip strength over V-designed tongs.

These charcoal tongs are the perfect accessory allowing you to grasp, pick and move hot charcoal around your BBQ  or smoker and placing them where you need that extra heat to achieve all over perfect heat distribution in your grill. The tong length ensures your hands are also well away from the burning charcoal avoiding those burnt fingers you get when you try to move coal using your BBQ meat tongs.

There are two lengths available, these are the standard length charcoal tongs that give you more gripping torque but your hand is a little closer to the fire, then there are the Long Fireplace Charcoal Tongs where your hand is a bit further away from the fire but simple physics means you will need a little more grip strength to lift those heavier logs.
