Shipping Options

We offer Express and Overnight Shipping for urgent orders. Please contact us for a custom quote.

If you reside outside a metropolitan area, allow an additional 2–3 business days from your nearest capital city.

While we aim for timely delivery, shipping timeframes are subject to carrier performance and may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not liable for delays or any resulting inconvenience.


Shipping Rates

Each product page features a real-time shipping calculator for accurate charges and express options where available. If the rate seems incorrect or if you have any questions, please contact us. Alternate carriers and quotes can be arranged.


Priority Processing

Orders with Priority Processing paid before 1:00 pm AEST will be prioritized for same-day dispatch (in-stock items only). If any item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 hours with an alternative solution or ETA.


Handling Time

We ship 98.5% of in-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST on the same day. Otherwise, dispatch occurs the next business day. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you within 24 hours.

Estimated delivery times (non-express):

  • Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days

  • Sydney / Adelaide Metro: 2–3 business days

  • Brisbane Metro: 3–4 business days

  • Perth / Tasmania Metro: 5–6 business days

  • Darwin Metro: 8–9 business days

  • Regional Areas: Please allow an additional 2–3 business days

Note: During peak seasons (e.g., December), courier networks may experience delays.

If you prefer a specific courier, let us know. Otherwise, we will use the most cost-effective option available.


Packaging

All orders are securely packed in appropriate materials to protect your items in transit. We work with a range of freight carriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, UPS, TNT, Border Express, and others to ensure secure and economical delivery.


International Shipping

Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.


60-Day Change of Mind Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

  • Returns exclude: custom-made or personalised products, perishable goods (including rubs and sauces), special orders, and items marked as Final Sale, Ex-Demo or Display Items.


Fees & Shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Original shipping, insurance, and priority processing fees are non-refundable.

  • If free shipping was included in your original purchase, the actual freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at 1300 002 771 or sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA).

  2. Pack the item securely with the RMA form and proof of purchase.

  3. Return to:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.


Exchanges

Contact our customer service team to request an exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the above return criteria.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or faulty, notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your invoice number

We will:

  • Arrange an exchange at our expense, or

  • Offer a full refund upon return

Important: Do not use the product before reporting the issue, as this may affect eligibility for replacement.


2. Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.


3. Lost or Stolen Items

Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address or depot. We are not liable for lost or stolen items post-delivery.
