While we aim for timely delivery, shipping timeframes are subject to carrier performance and may vary. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not liable for delays or any resulting inconvenience.
Standard delivery is to the front of the premises only. Drivers are not permitted to carry heavy items up or down stairs, along uneven surfaces, through narrow access points, or inside the home.
Customers must ensure that there is clear and safe access to the delivery point at the front of the property. If access is obstructed or unsafe, delivery may not be completed.
Each product page features a real-time shipping calculator for accurate charges and express options where available. If the rate seems incorrect or if you have any questions, please contact us. Alternate carriers and quotes can be arranged.
Orders with Priority Processing paid before 1:00 pm AEST will be prioritized for same-day dispatch (in-stock items only). If any item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 2 hours with an alternative solution or ETA.
We ship 98.5% of in-stock orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST on the same day. Otherwise, dispatch occurs the next business day. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will notify you within 24 hours.

All orders are securely packed in appropriate materials to protect your items in transit. We work with a range of freight carriers including Australia Post, Couriers Please, UPS, TNT, Border Express, and others to ensure secure and economical delivery.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.
We want you to be completely satisfied. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
Returns exclude: custom-made or personalised products, perishable goods (including rubs and sauces), special orders, and items marked as Final Sale, Ex-Demo or Display Items.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Original shipping, insurance, priority processing fees, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
If free shipping was included in your original purchase, the actual freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a return label and ship the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.
Our responsibility ends once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated address or depot. We are not liable for lost or stolen items post-delivery.
