Standard 12-Month Limited Warranty
Flaming Coals offers a limited 12-month warranty on many of our products, valid from the original date of purchase and applicable only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to validate any warranty claim.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. It does not extend to damage resulting from:
Note: Stainless steel components, although highly durable, are not immune to rust or pitting and are not covered under this warranty. Customers living within 2 km of a coastline should take additional precautions, such as regular cleaning and oiling, particularly for those within 200 m of the coast.
Offset smokers are covered for defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover the exterior coating or cosmetic imperfections. Proper seasoning is essential to minimise corrosion. Surface rust is not covered.
All Flaming Coals gas spits are AGA-certified for safe consumer use in Australia. Failure to follow assembly instructions or conduct leak tests may result in fire damage, which is not covered under warranty. Misuse voids the warranty and may pose a safety risk.
Spit covers are backed by a 3-month workmanship warranty. This does not include fading, melting, tearing, or damage from exposure to environmental elements. Due to Australia’s harsh climate, we recommend storing your equipment undercover to extend its lifespan.
For products not branded as Flaming Coals, SNS Grills, Auspit, or EZ, we recommend contacting the original manufacturer for warranty support, as each brand may have its own warranty terms and procedures. We will do our best to assist if you require support beyond that.
Flaming Coals rotisserie motors are covered under a limited 5-year warranty for the original purchaser, except for the following models: MO012, MO013, MO016, MO018, and MO019, which are covered by a 24-month warranty.
This warranty excludes:
All motors are intended for domestic use only. Commercial use voids the warranty.
Charcoal pans are designed to endure high heat and protect the structural integrity of the spit roaster. Due to the extreme conditions of charcoal or briquette cooking, some warping, discolouration, corrosion, or cracking of the pan is considered normal and is not covered by warranty.
Our technicians will assess all returned items. If the issue is determined to be caused by user error or falls outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before proceeding.
