What capacity are the motors on a Cyprus Spit Rotisserie? +

The original Cyprus Spit Rotisserie comes standard with a 9kg and 13kg motor.

The Deluxe Cyprus Spit Rotisseries come standard with 2 x 13kg motors

What accessories do I need for a Cyprus Spit Rotisserie? +

The deluxe Cyprus rotisserie from Flaming Coals already comes with a set of prongs, gyros discs and a basket. So you are really set up for anything, all you need is some yiros seasoning and meat. However, you may wish to add additional prongs if you want to do more than one cut of meat at a time.

The original Cyprus Grill does not include gyros discs or baskets, you may look at purchasing these in addition to your spit as they really open up the options when cooking on a Cyprus Spit Rotisserie. Can I use two spit rotisserie baskets at once using a Cyprus Spit Rotisserie? +

Yes absolutely you can, perfect when you want to cook two different types of meat at once! you can put 2 Rotisserie Baskets on one skewer or 1 on each of the lower skewers and have them crisscross each other.

Yes, you absolutely can grill on your Cyprus BBQ, the included 304 food grade stainless steel grill allows you to grill over charcoal like a normal BBQ.
