Delivery Location Standard delivery is to the front of the premises only. Drivers are not permitted to heavy carry items up or down stairs, along uneven surfaces, through narrow access points, or inside the home. Access Requirements Customers must ensure that there is clear and safe access to the delivery point at the front of the property. If access is obstructed or unsafe, delivery may not be completed. Wheeling into Garages Drivers will attempt to wheel the fully assembled item into a garage if access is safe and suitable. Drivers cannot wheel items up or down stairs, through narrow doorways, or along uneven or unsafe surfaces. Assembly Service Where assembly has been purchased, items are pre-assembled in our warehouse. If you have also paid for delivery, these items are then delivered fully assembled. Weight and Size Considerations Many of our BBQs, smokers, and large spit roasters are heavy and bulky once assembled. Once assembled, these items cannot be lifted or manoeuvred through doorways. Customers should carefully consider whether an item will fit through their access points before selecting the assembly option. Customer Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the intended delivery and storage location is suitable for the assembled size of the item. The company is not liable if an assembled unit does not fit into the desired area after delivery. Return of assembled goods Items assembled are unable to be returned under our 60-day change of mind policy Non-Negotiable Safety Limitations For workplace health and safety reasons, drivers cannot lift, carry, or manoeuvre heavy assembled items beyond the limitations stated above.
