The heat bricks around the side charcoal pit increase the cooking efficiency of the pit and minimize heat fluctuation while cooking while the large vents at the front of the charcoal pit ensure adequate airflow so your coal doesn't go out.

The solid grill is made with V channels that slope forward. These channels catch the fat then the fat flows forward to the removable fat catch trays for easy cleaning. This process also minimises flare-ups and fat fires. With the large bottom shelf and 2 side shelves, you will also have all your ingredients, tools and beer close by, making it a hassle-free and enjoyable cooking experience. Once you have finished cooking you can easily empty the ash by pulling out the 2 removable ash trays.
