Gas Smokers are an affordable, yet effective option to start you in your journey of BBQ meat smoking. Designed to simply plug into a standard BBQ gas bottle you will be up and running in no time. 

Due to their upright design, gas smokers are perfectly suited to Smoking sausages, fish, and other hanging meats but are equal to the task of cooking poultry, briskets, and pulled meats.

Gas smokers work simply by applying direct heat under a pan or tray containing smoking wood chips, sawdust or pellets creating flavoured smoke to penetrate the meat.
