The Slow ‘N Sear charcoal basket adds the versatility and benefits of two-zone cooking to your 18′′ or wider kettle barbecue. Whether you're cooking for two or looking for quality grilling and smoking on the go the slow n Sear will enhance your BBQ and improve your results.

It's a great intro to the Slow ‘N Sear®'s capabilities and can give you a glimpse of the Slow ‘N Sear®'s wide range of benefits.

Features:

• The Charcoal Basket holds double the amount of charcoal compared to a regular grill basket, offering you the following benefits:
  • Effortless smoking for a longer period of time
  • Expanded and hotter sear zone ​
• Just like with the original Slow ‘N Sear, the double-wall barrier effectively separates direct heat from the indirect cooking surface.
• The vented Basket bottom prevents tiny bits of fuel from dropping through the grill grate, making cleanup a piece of cake!
• The water tank is NOT included. If you need moisture during a cook, you can place a water pan placed on top of the coals.
• Made from 430 stainless steel
• Suits 18′′, 47cm or larger kettles and 18′′/22′′ Jumbo Joe® grills. Also suits the Weber Summit® Charcoal Grill's top and bottom charcoal grates.
• May be suitable for other models.
