The Masterbuilt 1050 | Gravity Series 1050 | Charcoal Grill & Smoker is a simple to use smoker designed to offer the familiarity and smokey flavour of cooking with charcoal with easy to use management through an integrated digital interface to automate the cooking and temperature control. The Masterbuilt Gravity fed smoker works as both a smoker, a charcoal grill as well as a high-temperature searing machine. 

It can smoke, grill, roast, bake and so much more, all due to the inbuilt DigitalFan™ which provides perfect temperature control through the user-friendly digital control panel or even from your own mobile phone. Just set the temperature and walk away. 

The Gravity Series 1050 Smoker can also accommodate up to four food probes so you can monitor multiple temperatures at once (supplied with one probe).

Masterbuilt Gravity Series has an added advantage by letting you use your favorite charcoal brands and types when cooking and not only that, you can even mix you coal with small timber chunks for your own custom coal smoking recipe. The GravityFed™ charcoal hopper holds enough coal to allow you to cook for up to 8 hours and it can reach 107°C in just 10 minutes.
