BBQ SPIT ROTISSERIES & BUTCHERCROWD SOCIAL GIVEAWAY

1. Eligibility: BBQ Spit Rotisseries & ButcherCrowd Social Media Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of BBQ Spit Rotisseries, ButcherCrowd, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, dealers, retailers, advertising, promotion, or production agencies and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotional Period: The Giveaway begins on 7 March at 9am (AEDT) and ends on 4 April at 9am (AEDT). 

3. Prizes: There will be one (1) winner who will receive one (1) Flaming Coals Original Cyprus Spit and one (1) ButcherCrowd Custom Box with Chef's Knife. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed except by the sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value.

4. How to Enter: Eligible participants can enter the Giveaway by following the entry instructions provided on the promotional social posts. Entries that do not meet the criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be conducted by BBQ Spit Rotisseries, whose decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

6. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on Facebook, Instagram and email at 9am on 5 April (AEDT). The winner will be called directly. If the winner does not respond and claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, another winner will be selected in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Marketing Permission: By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to BBQ Spit Rotisseries and ButcherCrowd using their details for marketing purposes. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications.

8. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or its independent judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless BBQ Spit Rotisseries, ButcherCrowd, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize

9. Data Protection: Any personal information supplied by entrants will be used by BBQ Spit Rotisseries and ButcherCrowd solely for the purpose of the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
