Aluminium Pizza Screen 405mm | Vogue

Model: HZ494

The Vogue aluminium pizza screen is a 405mm (16 inch) perforated tray that lets hot air circulate under your pizza for a crisp, evenly baked base. Its lightweight aluminium construction heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly, so large pizzas cook consistently from the edge to the centre.

 Suitable For:

• Cooking large pizzas up to 405mm (16 inches) across
• Getting a crisp base with airflow under the dough
• Home pizza nights as well as busy restaurant and pizzeria service
• Pizza ovens with room for a 405mm round tray

Why Pizza Lovers Choose This Pizza Screen

• Perforated design lets air circulate around the base
• Aluminium spreads heat evenly across the pizza
• Heats up quickly, so pizzas cook fast
• 405mm diameter suits 16 inch pizzas
• Lightweight compared with traditional cast iron pans
• Strong tempered aluminium construction

It's an ideal pick for anyone who wants crisp, evenly cooked large pizzas without wrestling a heavy pan.

 Crisp, Evenly Baked Pizza Bases

A good pizza starts with the base. Solid trays can hold heat and moisture against the dough, while a screen opens the underside of the pizza up to the heat of the oven. The result is a base that bakes evenly rather than staying pale in the middle.

• Specially sized holes: allow hot air to circulate around the pizza so the base bakes evenly.
• Aluminium heat conduction: distributes heat across the whole base for consistent cooking.
• Fast heat-up: aluminium comes up to temperature quickly, helping pizzas cook fast.

A Lightweight Aluminium Pizza Screen for Large Pizzas

Big pizzas are harder to handle, so the tray under them matters. This aluminium pizza screen gives you a full 405mm of cooking area while staying light enough to move in and out of the oven with ease.

• 405mm diameter: sized for 16 inch pizzas, with room to stretch the dough right to the rim.
• Lightweight build: easier to lift and carry than a traditional cast iron pan.
• Tempered aluminium: a strong, long-lasting construction that stands up to regular use.
