Designed and engineered in Australia, the Auspit Gold can turn up to 8 kg of perfectly balanced meat, making it ideal for small family cook-ups or feeding the whole camp.

 The Legend Behind the Auspit

More than 15 years ago, Australian bushman Rhett Thompson set out to design a spit that was compact, simple and utterly reliable. What he created became known as “The Little Aussie Legend”, a durable and portable campfire cooking system that has stood the test of time. The Auspit’s patented carrier bracket and squeeze-lock design let you easily adjust the skewer height over the fire, swing the rotisserie into position and lock it securely so it never drifts while cooking.

Thanks to its counter-lever skewer system and nylon-supported carrier bracket, the motor experiences minimal strain, giving you smoother rotation, better efficiency and a longer lifespan no matter how often you cook under the stars.

Cook Anywhere, Even in Fire-Restricted Areas

With many national parks introducing “no in-ground fire” rules, the included fire tray means you can still enjoy authentic campfire cooking safely and responsibly. Pair it with the heat accelerator to protect against wind and retain heat for faster, more even roasting. Simply place your fire tray below, your meat in the middle and your heat accelerator on top, then loosely wrap the setup with foil to create a compact cooking chamber that locks in heat and flavour.

From the Backyard to the Bush

Whether you’re caravanning around Australia, tackling off-road adventures, or relaxing by the backyard firepit, the Auspit Gold is your ticket to effortless outdoor cooking. This all-inclusive kit has every tool and attachment you need to roast, grill, and serve food that brings people together. Auspit, the Little Aussie Legend that keeps the flame alive.
