Step-by-Step: How to Cook Chicken Breast in an SNS Kamado Smoker

Start by butterflying your chicken breasts to create a pocket for the filling. We’re going with a rich mix of cream cheese, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, Colby cheese, salt and pepper  keeping the seasoning light since the prosciutto adds plenty of salt.

Set your Kamado Smoker for a two-zone cook using the Slow ‘N Sear Deluxe Basket.

Sear the chicken breasts directly over the hot zone in a preheated cast iron pan to get a golden crust.
