SNS Grills - Cast Iron Drip 'N Griddle Pan

Name: BBQ Spit Rotisseries
Address: 59 Brunel Road, Seaford, VIC, 3198, AU
Telephone: 1300 002 771
Price range: $$$
Rating: 4.9

Model: SNS-CASTPAN

The SNS Grills - Cast Iron Drip 'N Griddle Pan is a 3-in-1 BBQ accessory (drip pan, griddle and warming tray) but this time in cast iron. That means it's stronger, has greater heat conductivity and heat retention as well as a naturally nonstick surface perfect for sizzling a steak!

Features:

Drip Pan - The cast iron Drip ‘N Griddle Pan is shaped to perfectly beside S low ‘N Sear® on the charcoal grate in your kettle BBQ allowing for better airflow and leading to easier heat control. The air from the bottom vents is channelled to evacuate through the coal in the Slow 'N Sear, raising the temperature of the fuel as required to achieve your desired temperature.
Easy Clean - Say goodbye to messy foil -the Pan's raised edge catch even the messiest spills, and the easy-access side handles make cleanup a snap! (make sure you are wearing heat-resistant gloves). Using this pan as a drip pan will also help season it and keep it from rusting!
Griddle - Cast Iron's main feature. Heat this pan to white-hot before adding your steaks, burgers, or whatever else you want to cook! This kettle Griddle fits right on top of the grate over the Slow 'N Sear®. It's never been easier to get perfect searing!
Warming - Warming with cast iron is usually fine, but keep in mind that cast iron retains heat for longer than stainless steel. Although this is advantageous, we do not advise using this pan to warm food because it is possible to overcook it.
Cast Iron Weber Griddle - That's correct, this griddle is manufactured to fit 22inch kettle BBQs, which means it will fit perfectly in your Weber Kettle BBQ

Since this is a cast iron pan, you'll need to season it to keep it from rusting and to make the surface nonstick. The smoother the surface becomes the more you use it and season it. Clean it after each usage without soap or chemicals and store it in a dry location.

We record inbound and outbound telephone calls for training, quality assurance and monitoring purposes, and to keep an accurate record of orders, delivery arrangements, product advice and warranty discussions.

You will be told at the start of a call that it is being recorded. If you would prefer your call not to be recorded, please tell the team member you are speaking with and we will offer an alternative, such as continuing by email or arranging a call back on an unrecorded line.

Call recordings may contain personal information including your name, contact details, address and order details. They are stored securely within our telephone system, access is limited to authorised staff and management, and they are retained for 12 months before being deleted.

We do not use call recordings for marketing, and we will not publish or share a recording of your call without your consent, except where we are required or permitted by law to do so. You can request access to a recording of your own call using the contact details at the end of this policy.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the providers we use store or process personal information outside Australia. The countries in which those recipients are likely to be located include the United States and Canada, Ireland, Singapore or the Philippines.

Before disclosing your information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure it will be handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is wrong, out of date or incomplete. Email sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au or write to us at the address at the end of this policy.

We will ask you to verify your identity before we release any information. We aim to respond within 30 days. There is no fee for making a request, though we may charge a reasonable fee for the cost of supplying a large amount of information.

In some circumstances the law allows us to refuse a request, for example where giving access would unreasonably affect another person's privacy. If we refuse, we will tell you why in writing and explain how to complain.

Direct marketing and how to opt out

We may send you emails, SMS messages or, occasionally, calls about new products, special offers, masterclasses and events. We only do this where you have given us your details and have not opted out.

You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, replying STOP to a marketing SMS, or emailing sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au. We will action your request promptly.

Opting out of marketing does not stop us sending you messages about an order you have placed, such as order confirmations, dispatch notifications and delivery updates. If you ask us where we obtained your details from, we will tell you if it is reasonable and practicable to do so.

Making a privacy complaint

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information or breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please tell us first so we have a chance to put it right.

Email sales@bbqspitrotisseries.com.au with "Privacy complaint" in the subject line, or write to the Privacy Officer at 59 Brunel Road, Seaford, VIC 3198. Please describe what happened and what outcome you are looking for.

We will acknowledge your complaint within [5 business days] and aim to give you a written response within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you why.
