The SNS Grills - Cast Iron Drip 'N Griddle Pan is a 3-in-1 BBQ accessory (drip pan, griddle and warming tray) but this time in cast iron. That means it's stronger, has greater heat conductivity and heat retention as well as a naturally nonstick surface perfect for sizzling a steak!

Features:

• Drip Pan - The cast iron Drip ‘N Griddle Pan is shaped to perfectly beside Slow ‘N Sear® on the charcoal grate in your kettle BBQ allowing for better airflow and leading to easier heat control. The air from the bottom vents is channelled to evacuate through the coal in the Slow 'N Sear, raising the temperature of the fuel as required to achieve your desired temperature.
• Easy Clean - Say goodbye to messy foil -the Pan's raised edge catch even the messiest spills, and the easy-access side handles make cleanup a snap! (make sure you are wearing heat-resistant gloves). Using this pan as a drip pan will also help season it and keep it from rusting!
• Griddle - Cast Iron's main feature. Heat this pan to white-hot before adding your steaks, burgers, or whatever else you want to cook! This kettle Griddle fits right on top of the grate over the Slow 'N Sear®. It's never been easier to get perfect searing!
• Warming - Warming with cast iron is usually fine, but keep in mind that cast iron retains heat for longer than stainless steel. Although this is advantageous, we do not advise using this pan to warm food because it is possible to overcook it.
• Cast Iron Weber Griddle - That's correct, this griddle is manufactured to fit 22inch kettle BBQs, which means it will fit perfectly in your Weber Kettle BBQ

Since this is a cast iron pan, you'll need to season it to keep it from rusting and to make the surface nonstick. The smoother the surface becomes the more you use it and season it. Clean it after each usage without soap or chemicals and store it in a dry location.
