With 50% extra searing power compared to a standard charcoal basket that comes with your weber, the Slow 'N Sear® Deluxe - Kettle Charcoal Basket brings backyard grilling and smoking in a charcoal kettle to a whole new level! It will convert a standard kettle grill into a multi-functional outdoor cooking unit - indirect slow cooking, high heat searing, roasting, baking, you could do it all with Slow ‘N Sear®!

The curved charcoal basket matches the contour of your BBQ for maximum charcoal capacity. The space between the outer wall of the basket and the kettle wall creates an effective insulation barrier keeping heat inside the grill rather than heating up the air outside the kettle. This means more efficient charcoal burn at low ‘n slow temps (225° - 250° F) providing 8-10 hours of cooking on one basket load of fuel.

The water reservoir acts as a heat shield to keep temperatures consistent on the indirect side of the grill and a container for water when moisture is required for low ‘n slow cooks. 950ml of water lasts for 5+ hours at 225° F while the V-shape design ensures consistent steam production for 5+ hours at 225° F. The water reservoir is removable to allow for an expanded high-heat sear zone when needed.

If you are trying to achieve the complete kettle offset plate, indirect cooking setup, you can combine the slow n Sear together with the Drip 'N Roast Pan, this will aid the direction of airflow to the Slow N Sear and assist in stabilizing temperatures as well as catch all the drippings from your cooks.

Very well made and using it has helped me get the Kettle down to a stable low and slow temperature. This was something I had trouble with before. BBQ Spit Rotisseries were extremely helpfull with a large order I placed before Xmas, some stock was on backorder which was made clear on their website and via email and phonecalls. They ended up sending the order out in 2 lots and I got everything before Xmas. The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
