The ‌Avanti Butchers Twine with Cutter - White is ideal for a range of kitchen tasks. It made from natural rayon, extremely strong and can withstand the high temperature. Ideal for tying up cuts of meat, trussing the wings and legs of poultry before cooking, fastening herbs or bacon to joints of meat, as well as for securing parchment paper to dishes or ramekins for soufflés.

For best results, just leave the string in the packaging and pull from a hole in the back then use the cutter supplied on the card to prevent it unravelling for a tangle and knot-free dispensing.

A very fine twine that will break if you pull to hard while trying to tension a roast, but once you get that part right the twine did its part and held the roast neatly in shape while roasting (low & slow). As a personal preference I would like to see it slightly larger in diameter for when you get heavy handed while wrapping the meat.
