If you already own a charcoal BBQ, firepit or spit rotisserie, or you want to build an Argentinian grill into your outdoor kitchen. In that case, our Double Parrilla Grill for Built-In BBQs is perfect for you.
The Parrilla Grill is constructed with heavy-duty stainless steel components and 2 large crank wheels. The authentic V-shaped grills slope forward, catching the fat and fluid from your food and draining it into the fat catch tray. This reduces flare-ups and makes the cleanup process easy. The grills have a large height adjustment range that allows you to keep the grills all the way at the top for some slow cooking with maximum smoke flavour, drop the grills down low for a quick sear or have then halfway up for some flame grilling. Both grills operate independently, giving you the ultimate cooking control. The height of the grills are easily lifted by rotating the crank wheels and can be lowered by lifting the locking lever and rotating the crank wheels in the opposite direction.
Parilla grills can be used with timber, charcoal or even briquettes however for maximum flavour timber is recommended or natural lump charcoal with some extra timber chunks thrown in for flavour.
If this Parilla insert is too big for your firepit or bbq, have a look at our smaller Argentinian Parrilla Grill 60 x 44cm or take a look at our range of Argentinian Grills
