Butchers Axe BBQ is a Melbourne competition barbecue team that turned a shared love of cooking into one of Australia's most respected names in BBQ. They claimed the 2019 Australian BBQ Championship and have continued competing at the top end of the national circuit.
Their results include a Grand Champion win at BBQ at the Bend and perfect 360 scores in both lamb and brisket. The rubs you'll taste at this event come from that same competition experience.
