A useful addition to the EZ Temp thermometer. Not strictly necessary as the original device has two probes already, but this one has a better length and bracket for measuring ambient temperature in the oven/BBQ/smoker

I’m using this with another brand of thermometer so I suspect the + 15 degree error on the sensor is more a compatibility issue than a fault with the sensor I’m happy enough to mentally adjust the temp.
