 Usage Applications

As a Hot Smoker, the heat can be supplied by a Winnerwell Woodlander L-sized Stove, Nomad Stove, or an external gas burner. When using it on a Winnerwell stove, remove the top lid of the stove before attaching the smoker box. The charcoal in the stove’s firebox provides heat to the smoking wood tray inside the smoker, creating both smoke and heat for perfect results.

Transform your smoker into an oven by removing the smoking wood tray. Place it directly on a Winnerwell L-sized Stove once the wood has burned down into hot coals. Install the smoker on top of the stove, place your food directly on the rack, and bake to perfection - ideal for bread, roasts, or baked vegetables.

Operate the smoker without an external heat source by lighting a small amount of smoking timber on the wood tray. This method delivers gentle, low-temperature smoking, ideal for infusing delicate flavours into fish, cheese, or vegetables.
