Model: SP021

The Flaming Coals Cyprus Spit Roaster is a charcoal spit roaster built for backyard cooks who want to move up from a standard kettle BBQ to proper spit roasting. With a variable speed motor, 304 stainless steel grill and skewers, and firebricks built into the charcoal box, it's set up to turn out juicy roasts, whole chickens and gyros for the crew without you standing over it all arvo.

Suitable For:

• Weekend roasts: lamb, pork or beef roasts for family lunches and get-togethers
• Whole chickens: load multiple birds on the 5mm skewers for a mixed cook
• Gyros-style cooking: stack and slow-turn for that classic spit-carved gyros result
• Backyard entertaining: dual shelf and wheels make it easy to set up and serve straight from the spit

Why BBQ Fans Choose This Spit Roaster

• 304 stainless steel grill and skewers: won't rust or pit after a season of Sunday roasts
• Variable speed 12V/240V motor: dial in a slow, even turn for consistent results
• Firebricks built into the charcoal box: hold and even out the heat so you're not fighting hot spots
• Single lever height adjustment: move the fire closer or further from the meat in seconds
• Heavy duty wheels with brakes: wheel it into position and lock it in for the cook
• Dual shelf: bench space for tongs, trays and basting sauce right where you need it
• Bakelite handles: stay cool to the touch even with the fire cranking

It's the pick for anyone ready to graduate from a gas BBQ to real spit roasting, without needing a commercial setup.

Built for Heavy-Duty Roasting

This isn't a flimsy backyard toy. The Cyprus Spit Roaster is built from 304 grade stainless steel on the grill and skewers, with firebricks lining the charcoal box to hold heat steady through a long cook. Every part is sized for real roasts, not just the odd chook.

• 304 stainless steel construction: handles the heat and the weather without rusting out
• Firebricks in the charcoal box: even out the fire and hold temperature for longer, steadier cooks
• 160mm firebox depth: plenty of room to build and manage a proper charcoal bed
• 20mm firebrick thickness: solid enough to soak up and radiate heat evenly across the cook

Motorised Roasting Made Easy

The variable speed motor does the hard yakka so you can focus on the fire and the flavour. Set your speed, load the skewers and let it turn.

• 12V/240V variable speed motor: dial the turn speed in to suit whatever's on the spit
• 15kg motor load capacity: enough grunt to keep a full load of skewers turning smoothly
• 3 x 10mm skewers: for larger cuts like roasts and bigger birds
• 14 x 5mm skewers: load up multiple chickens or smaller cuts for a bigger feed
• Single lever height adjustment with a 155mm range: fine-tune your distance from the coals as the cook progresses

Built to Move, Built to Store

Whether it's living on the patio or getting wheeled out for a big cook-up, this spit roaster is designed to go where you need it.

• Heavy duty wheels with brakes: roll it into position and lock it down so it stays put
• Dual shelf: keep your tools, basting sauce and trays within arm's reach
• Bakelite handles: cool to the touch, easy to grip even mid-cook

Inclusions:

Need a second motor so you can cook roasts on the top skewers and kebabs on the bottom skewers at the same time? This is the motor you need
