Included in This Smoker Accessories Pack:

✅ Flaming Coals Offset Smoker Cover

Keeps dust, dirt and light rain off your smoker between cooks. It's built for the Flaming Coals Texas Offset Smoker and also fits the Hark Texas Pro Smoker, though you'll need to remove the chimney dampener first for it to sit properly.

✅ Charcoal Rake

Gives you a safe way to spread and rearrange hot coals or burning wood without standing over the heat. At 560mm long with an 8mm handle and a 3mm head, it's just as handy around a spit roaster or charcoal BBQ as it is on the smoker.

✅ EZ Temp Dual Probe Remote Food Thermometer

Lets you monitor the smoker and the meat at the same time, with two stainless steel probes and a real-world wireless range of around 30 metres. Set a minimum and maximum alarm for the smoker and a target for the meat, and the receiver lets you know when something needs attention.

✅ Heat Proof Leather Gloves

Give you 42cm of coverage over the hand and forearm, with reinforced palms and fingers and a cotton lining for comfort. Built for rearranging coals, lifting hot grates and handling firewood safely.
