 Precision Temperature Control

The Flaming Coals Gravity Feed Smoker uses a gravity-fed system to feed charcoal down a chute into the burn chamber. Once set up, it ensures a long and consistent smoking time with minimal refueling, up to 24 hours on a single load. This makes it perfect for low-and-slow smoking without the need for constant attention. For even more convenience, you can automate the temperature control with an optional smoker temperature controller, allowing you to light the fire, set the desired temperature, and walk away.

 Massive Cooking Capacity

With 4 heavy-duty racks (expandable to 7 with additional racks), the Gravity Feed Smoker offers a 170L cooking volume, easily accommodating up to 8 large briskets or 12 large shoulders. This massive cooking capacity is ideal for both large family gatherings and commercial kitchens. It provides ample space to cook multiple items simultaneously, making it a perfect choice for catering or competitions.

 Durable Construction & Easy Maneuverability

Built with stainless steel and featuring oversized caster wheels, this smoker is built to last and easy to move, whether you're taking it to a competition or simply shifting it around your backyard. The easy-read temperature gauge and adjustable air damper offer exceptional temperature control, while the internal thermometer probe holes provide accurate readings for even the most delicate meats.

 Convenient Features for Professionals

The Flaming Coals Gravity Feed Smoker is designed with a range of features that make it the perfect smoker for serious pitmasters. The convenient ash drawer makes cleaning a breeze, while the oversized water pan ensures moisture retention for perfectly tender meats. The adjustable chimney damper and side shelf add extra convenience and versatility to this commercial-grade smoker.

Service is also amazing

Comparing other gravity feed smoker, flaming coals' price is very reasonable, and it worked so well as other fancy ones. With good insulation and tempmaster pro to control the temperature, there is no babysitting need to worry. Service is also amazing, it only took one day for the delivery!
