The Highland Reverse Flow Offset Smoker by Oklahoma Joe’s is built for authentic low and slow barbecue using real charcoal and hardwood. Take full control of your fire and cook like a true pitmaster with a complete bundle designed to help you master brisket, ribs and more the traditional way.

 Dual Smoking Capability

Experience the best of both worlds with reverse flow and traditional offset smoking in one unit. Simply reposition the smokestack to switch between even heat distribution or stronger, more intense smoke flavour depending on your cooking style.

 Consistent Heat And Smoke Control

Four removable cook chamber baffles help evenly distribute heat and smoke across the entire chamber. This reduces hot spots and delivers more balanced, repeatable results across long cooks.

 Designed For Long, Steady Burns

The large charcoal basket allows for extended burn times with less refuelling. It helps maintain steady temperatures while also making clean-up faster and more efficient after your cook.

 Built For Convenience

A dedicated firebox door gives you easy access for refuelling and ash removal without disrupting your cook. The integrated warming area on the firebox adds versatility for resting meat or keeping sauces warm.

 Durable And Easy To Move

Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, this smoker is built for years of serious use. Cool-touch handles improve safety, while wagon-style wheels make it easy to move around your backyard setup.

 Inclusions:

Included In This Bundle:

Monitor both your pit and meat temperatures remotely with dual probes and adjustable alarms. This gives you full control over your cook without needing to stay by the smoker, helping you manage long cooks with confidence.
