Built for Smaller Spits, Bigger Possibilities

This pack is designed specifically for 8–10mm square skewer setups, making it the perfect upgrade for compact spit roasters. It allows you to cook a wider variety of foods without needing a larger or more complex spit system.

 Better Control on the Rotisserie

With gyros plates and a double-ended rotisserie fork, meats are held securely on the skewer for even rotation and cleaner carving. This added stability improves cooking consistency and reduces movement during longer cooks.

 Cook What You Cannot Skewer

The large multi-use rotisserie basket opens up new options like vegetables, fish, chicken wings and potatoes. Adjustable width settings let you tailor the basket to different foods while maintaining steady rotation over the fire.

 Proven Flavour for Spit Cooking

The included Greek Gyros Seasoning and Flaming Coals Traditional Lamb Rub are tried and tested blends designed specifically for spit roasting. They add depth and balance to lamb, chicken and gyros without overpowering the natural flavour of the meat.

 Compatible and Easy to Use

All components in this pack are compatible with Cyprus spits and Jumbuck Mini Spits using 8–10mm square skewers. The accessories are simple to fit, easy to clean and built for regular backyard use.
