Why Pizza Lovers Choose This Peel

• 1320mm overall length gives you plenty of reach into the oven
• 970mm wooden handle stays cool to the touch
• Aluminium head slides under the base without damaging it
• 305 x 355mm head carries a pizza from bench to oven and back
• Rectangular head with rounded edges makes it easier to position the pizza
• Strong, sturdy design keeps you in control of the pizza

It is ideal for anyone cooking in a deep or very hot pizza oven who wants to work at a comfortable distance from the fire.

Long Reach That Keeps You Clear of the Heat

A pizza oven runs hot, and the closer you have to get to the opening, the less enjoyable the cook becomes. This peel is built around its handle, so you can place a pizza right at the back of the oven and bring it out again without leaning into the heat.

• 1320mm total length: reach the back of the oven floor while standing well back from the opening.
• 970mm wooden handle: keeps your hands a safe distance from the heat.
• Wooden construction: the handle stays cool to the touch while you work.

A Pizza Peel Head That Slides Cleanly Under the Base

Getting a pizza off the oven floor in one piece comes down to the head of the peel. This pizza peel has a large aluminium head that slides under the base without damaging it, so your pizza comes out looking the way it went in.

• Aluminium head: slips under the base smoothly without tearing the dough.
• 305 x 355mm paddle: a generous surface for carrying the pizza between the bench and the oven.
• Rectangular shape with rounded edges: easier to line the pizza up and set it down where you want it.
• Strong, sturdy build: stays steady in your hands when you lift and move a loaded pizza.
