 Reach and heat protection

A hot pizza oven is no place for short tools. The length of this peel does the reaching for you, so you can work at the oven mouth comfortably and keep your attention on the pizza.

• 915mm total length: gives you the reach to place and retrieve pizzas without leaning in.

Smooth handling from bench to oven

Getting a pizza off the bench in one piece is half the job. The wide, flat head on this pizza peel supports the whole base, so toppings stay put on the way in and the cooked pizza comes out cleanly.
