 Effortless Pizza Turning

The Ooni Pizza Turning Peel is expertly designed to make spinning your pizzas effortless. Its compact, round head allows you to rotate pizzas smoothly while keeping them in constant contact with the hot stone for an even cook on all sides. With each turn, you’ll achieve beautifully balanced heat distribution and that perfect wood-fired crust that’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

 Lightweight & Non-Stick

Featuring a seven-inch anodised aluminium surface, this peel combines lightweight control with a naturally non-stick finish. It slides under pizzas with ease, giving you full manoeuvrability while maintaining stability. Ideal for quick turns and smooth handling, it makes managing your pizzas during high-heat cooking simple and precise.

 Crisp, Evenly Baked Pizzas

The intelligent perforated design allows excess flour to fall away, preventing burnt spots and ensuring your pizza cooks evenly from edge to edge. This clever airflow promotes faster baking and a crisp, golden base every time, giving you restaurant-quality results straight from your Ooni pizza oven.

 Durable & Easy to Handle

Crafted from anodised aluminium and reinforced with a heat-resistant glass nylon handle, this peel is designed for long-lasting performance.
