Easy to use and easy to clean By Adam — 07 March 2022 What a great product. As always Oysters are a struggle to keep upright without the help of a rock salt bed. This tray holds the shells perfectly and has been a great addition to our kitchen. Definitely be doing oysters more often now. So easy to use and easy to clean. Made from quality materials and well made (hence the price). Quality Australian made product. Very impressed. Will be ordering the rectangular tray now for sure,

I had never seen one before yet I love eating oysters and experimenting with different recipes. I just wish that I had discovered this item years ago. Sooo easy to use, even if just presenting fresh oysters. It keeps the oysters in an upright position, just right for the table. And it is so easy to wash. A fabulous invention. Thank you!!!
