Ozpig Heat Diffuser

Model: OZP002-01

The Ozpig Heat Diffuser regulates the heat under the top plate of your Ozpig, so your food doesn't cook too quickly. It's the accessory to reach for when you're cooking fish or chicken, or any time a dish calls for a gentle simmer.

 Suitable For:

• Slowing the cook down when the heat under the top plate is too strong
• Cooking fish and chicken without rushing them
• Dishes that need a gentle simmer
• Slow grilling and baking on the Ozpig

Why Ozpig Owners Choose This Heat Diffuser

• Regulates the heat under the top plate
• Stops food from cooking too quickly
• Helps spread heat evenly for slow grilling and baking
• Well suited to fish, chicken and gentle simmering
• 215 mm round, so it sits neatly on top of the Ozpig

Gentle Heat Control With the Ozpig Heat Diffuser

Not every dish wants full heat. Some food is better when it's given time, and that's hard to do when everything under the top plate is running hot. This is the piece that lets you take the edge off and cook at a steadier pace.

• Heat regulation: tempers the heat under the top plate so food doesn't cook too quickly.
• Even heat distribution: helps spread the heat evenly, which is what you want for slow grilling and baking.
• Gentle simmering: handy whenever a recipe calls for a gentle simmer.

Suited to:

• Fish
• Chicken
• Simmered dishes

Sized to Sit on Top of Your Ozpig

There's no need to improvise with something that almost fits. The Ozpig Heat Diffuser is a genuine Ozpig accessory, sized to sit on top of the Ozpig so you can drop it in place and get on with cooking.

• 215 mm round shape: fits neatly on top of the Ozpig.
• Genuine Ozpig accessory: made by Ozpig for the Ozpig, so there's no guesswork about fit.
