Designed for use with pellets - the valley style walls are designed so that the heat doesn't transfer to the next run. Can also be used with chips and saw dust. The EZ- Cold Smoker Tray for Pellet Smoking is just so easy to use - Hence the name.

The Product is excellent, it lived up to my expectations. I estimate the tray will generate smoke for at lease 10 hours in a well damped smoker. for a first run I cured and cold smoked a fillet of Coral Trout for 6 hours.
