Great little temperature gauge By A Grateful Buyer from Australi — 11 October 2021 Great little temperature gauge. Seems to be well made and is fairly priced. The probe is probably 5-7.5cm which is just the right length for what I was needing it for. I was able to insert the probe via the probe port on a 200 riser for a Weber Go Anywhere. You can screw the gauge in with threaded tightening ring it comes with. Has operated as expect on 2 trial cooks. Highly recommended. Didn‚Äôt give it 5 stars only because some new wiz bang gauge might come along one day (gotta leave room to reward improvement).

Whilst not commenting on the accuracy or otherwise of the gauge with a little use it is possible to be conscious of the temperature and control your cooking to get perfect results.!!
