A Pizza Oven Tool Set for Managing the Fire

Good pizza starts with a well-managed fire. Coals need moving to the side, ash needs clearing out, and the floor needs a quick sweep before the base goes down. This pizza oven tool set covers each of those jobs with a dedicated tool, so you are not making do with whatever is lying around.

• Rake: pull coals and burning wood across the oven floor to set up your heat where you want it.
• Shovel: scoop out ash and spent coals to keep the oven floor clear.
• Natural fibre bristle brush: sweep loose ash and debris off the oven floor before the pizza goes in.

 Stainless Steel Build and Reach

Oven tools spend their working life close to heat and outdoors, so the material matters. Each tool in this set is made from 304 stainless steel, and the 750 mm length keeps your hands back from the mouth of the oven while you work.

• 304 stainless steel: a corrosion-resistant steel suited to tools kept outdoors.
• 750 mm tool length: reach into the oven without leaning in over the fire.
• 8 mm diameter L-handle: a simple, solid handle shape that is easy to grip and hang.

 Wall-Mount Storage

Tools left leaning against the oven get knocked over, lost or left out in the weather. The included bracket gives the rake, shovel and brush a permanent spot on the wall, so they are always in the same place when you need them.

• Three-piece wall-mount bracket: hang all three tools side by side in one tidy spot.
• Four 35 mm x 10g stainless steel screws: fixings supplied, so there is nothing extra to buy.
• Wall plugs included: fit the bracket securely to a suitable wall.
