Very useful when it came time to make the first cut of the gyros, no meat dropped. Theres a video on the YouTube channel called “Greek Gyros on a Spit” (Live Stream), where they use the tool, I made my decision to buy it after watching that video. Makes life a lot easier when performing your cuts.

Great! Everyone needs a meat shovel! Is a meat collection plate with a handle! Buff said. If I had to pick a fault- would love the angle of the spade to be raised a bit. Seems like you have to drop the handle to avoid spills off the end. But still great!!
