Three Little Pigs Texas beef rub is a bold, balanced blend of black, white and red pepper, garlic and coarse salt, made to bring out the best in brisket, steak and every other cut of beef. It's handcrafted by 9-time BBQ World Champion Chris Marks, and it's low in sugar, so it holds up to high-heat cooking.
It's ideal for backyard cooks who want competition-style beef without mixing their own rub.
Texas barbecue keeps it simple: salt, pepper and good beef. This Texas beef rub follows that tradition with a pepper-forward blend that seasons the meat without hiding it, so the beef stays the star of the show.
