Our pizzas would not slide off the metal peel easily and the toppings regularly ended up on the fire-brick floor. The wooden hand-held peel from BBQ Spit Rotisseries has solved the problem. We placed some rice flour on the peel and Bob's Your Uncle. Quick delivery and reasonable price compared to inferior products. Recommend this product.
