4x Aluminium Pizza Screen 405mm

Model: HZ494_4

This four pack of 405mm Vogue aluminium pizza screen trays gives you four perforated bases for cooking pizzas up to 16 inches across. Hot air reaches the underside of the dough through the holes in each screen, so your bases come out crisp and evenly browned instead of soft in the middle.

 Suitable for:

• Cooking pizzas up to 16 inches on a 405mm round screen
• Pizza nights where you are prepping and cooking several pizzas back to back
• Backyard cooks who want a crisper base than a solid tray gives
• Pizza ovens and ovens with enough room inside for a 405mm round screen

Why pizza lovers choose this pizza screen pack

• Four screens in the one pack, so the next pizza is ready to go while one cooks
• Perforated design lets hot air circulate under the dough
• Helps stop moisture getting trapped under the base
• Even browning from the edge through to the centre
• Tempered aluminium heats up quickly and spreads heat evenly
• Lightweight and easy to move in and out of the oven
• 405mm diameter suits pizzas up to 16 inches

Ideal for anyone who cooks big pizzas for a crowd and wants every base to come out crisp.

Crispy bases with an aluminium pizza screen

A soggy middle is usually caused by moisture with nowhere to go. A solid tray holds that moisture against the dough, while a screen lets it escape and lets the heat get straight to the base. The result is a pizza that cooks more evenly with less effort from you.

• Perforated surface: hot air moves through the holes and reaches the underside of the dough.
• Moisture release: steam escapes from under the base instead of soaking back into it.
• Tempered aluminium construction: heats up quickly and spreads the heat evenly across the base.
• Consistent browning: the base colours evenly from the edge to the centre.

Four screens for busy pizza nights

One screen means one pizza at a time and a queue of hungry guests. With four screens on hand, you can stretch and top the next few pizzas while the first one cooks, then swap them straight in.

• Pack of four: build several pizzas ahead and keep them moving through the oven.
• 405mm diameter: room for large pizzas up to 16 inches.
• Lightweight aluminium: easy to lift and carry, even with a fully topped pizza on board.

Suited to:

• Family pizza nights
• Backyard get-togethers and parties
• Cooking large pizzas to share
