After popular demand, we removed the Parrillas Grill's adjustable grill and height adjustment system from our free-standing Argentine Parrilla Asado Grill and made it available as a DIY drop-in insert. Its convenient design can now be dropped onto your own charcoal BBQ, fire pit or even your spit rotisserie tray to convert it into your own Argentinian Grill.

The Argentinian Parrilla Grill insert features heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a stylish black large height adjusting wheel. The V-shaped grill slopes forward so it catches and drains the fat and liquids away from your fire and into the fat catch tray. This minimises flare-ups and makes the cleanup process easy. The grill has a generous height adjustment allowing you to drop the grill down low for a quick sear, halfway up for some flame grilling, or all the way to the top for some slow cooking with maximum smoke flavour. The height of the grill is easily lifted by rotating the crank wheel and can be lowered by lifting the locking lever and rotating the crank wheel in the opposite direction.

Argentinian Parilla grills can be used with timber, charcoal or even briquettes however for maximum flavour timber is recommended or natural lump charcoal with some extra timber chunks thrown in for flavour.

The V channels don‚Äôt allow for the full flavour of the meats to come through due to them being too close together and not allowing for the fat flareups to enhance the flavour of the meat.

I just love your Argentinian Parrilla Grill. It was easy to put together and seems quite sturdy. I have put it straight onto the coals. I also hang my camp oven full of veggies from the roller to cook before I do the meat. Fantastic
