What foods can be sliced?

What are the blades constructed from?
Durable serrated stainless steel blades remain sharp to ensure efficient slicing and carving.
Do I need to Sharpen the blades?
The serrated blades don't need sharpening.
How do I remove the blades?
First, switch off the power at the outlet and unplug the device. Push the Blade Release Buttons backward, grip the blades by their safety guards with the cutting edge pointing downward, and withdraw them from their slots. After this, you can separate the two individual blades by sliding them in opposite directions, aligning the rivet on one blade with the release hole on the other blade.
