 Inclusions:

Included In This Bundle:

✅ Back Brace Stainless Steel | Flaming Coals

A critical accessory for whole animal cooking, the stainless steel back brace secures the centre of the animal to the skewer. As meat softens during long cooks, it prevents sagging and helps keep the animal stable and safely positioned above the fire.

✅ Charcoal Rake

Charcoal rake is a simple yet effective tool that has been used in most household fireplaces for centuries.

✅ Counter Balance Weight for Spit Rotisserie 22mm Round

Balancing whole lambs, pigs, or large roasts is difficult without assistance. This counter balance weight stabilises uneven loads, ensuring smoother rotation and reducing stress on the motor for safer, more reliable cooking.

✅ Electric Charcoal Starter Wand | Flaming Coals

Light charcoal, wood chunks, pellets, or kindling quickly without lighter fluid or firelighters. This electric starter keeps flavours clean and makes lighting your spit faster and easier.

✅ Heat Proof Gloves

Protect your hands while cooking over open flames. These gloves give you confidence and safety while adjusting your spit, handling coals, or carving your roast.

✅ Stainless Steel Spit Roast Souvlaki Gyros Disc Plate 22mm Round Collar (x2)

These stainless steel discs hold stacked meats firmly on the skewer, making gyros and layered roasts easier to carve while improving stability and presentation.

✅ Spit Roast Collar Leg Brace Stainless Steel 22mm Round (x2)

These leg braces secure lamb or pig legs neatly to the skewer. They provide a cleaner, stronger, and more professional alternative to wire or string.

✅ Spit Roaster Prong Large Stainless Steel 22mm Round (x2)

Heavy-duty prongs designed for whole animals and large cuts of meat. They grip firmly and rotate smoothly, giving you greater control during long cooks.

✅ Spit Roaster Cover | Flaming Coals

Protect your Master 1200 spit roaster from dust, dirt, rain, and minor scratches when not in use. A simple way to extend the life of your setup and keep it ready to cook.
