It is easy to use and does a great job on all types of meat especially chicken and pork

Update to review. I bought two of these, and one was damaged, see picture. BBQ Spit Rotisseries proactively engaged me to rectify the issue and replaced the broken part at no charge. On another note, I've been cooking some really good butterfly chickens with this product.
