100% Australian Smoking Wood

These smoking wood chunks are locally sourced in Australia and made without chemicals. They are also sustainably sourced, giving barbecue cooks a natural way to build wood-fired flavour into every cook.

Four Distinctive Wood Flavours

Choose from pecan, peach, cherry and ironbark smoking wood chunks to suit your preferred flavour profile. Each option gives meat a different layer of natural smoke, making it easy to change the character of your barbecue cooking.

Longer Lasting Smoke

Wood chunks have a longer burn time compared to wood chips, making them ideal for longer cooks. Their slower burn helps maintain smoke for longer without requiring frequent replacement.

More Consistent Flavour

Australian smoking wood chunks generate a longer and more consistent stream of smoke throughout the cook. This allows the flavour to develop gradually while your meat cooks inside the barbecue or smoker.

Easy To Use

Three to five wood chunks are usually enough for one cook. This practical quantity makes it easy to control your smoke level while still creating rich, noticeable flavour.
