The Warrior Pig Spit Roaster Black Lid is the go-to choice for serious spit roasting. Big, strong, and built to last, this commercial-grade roaster is trusted by caterers, butchers, restaurants, and serious backyard cooks across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and Japan. Designed to handle whole pigs, lambs, and large roasts with ease, it delivers professional results over live charcoal every time.

Built Like A Warrior

Constructed with a heavy-duty 2mm thick body and a 1mm charcoal pan, this spit roaster is built to withstand extreme heat and repeated use. It is engineered for longevity in demanding environments, whether in a backyard, catering setup, or commercial kitchen.

60kg Motor Power

Equipped with a 240V electric motor rated to 60kg, this roaster turns whole animals smoothly and consistently. Even heavy, uneven loads rotate evenly, producing reliable cooking results and perfectly rendered meat from end to end.

Adjustable Height Control

Both the skewer and the tub are height adjustable, giving you precise control over heat intensity and distance from the coals. This flexibility is key when chasing crisp crackling, deep colour, or long slow roasts.

Windshield And Lid Design

The removable windshield helps shield your charcoal from wind during cooking, while also doubling as a lid when not in use. This design protects the unit between cooks and makes storage and transport easier.

Complete Stainless Steel Setup

The Warrior includes a solid stainless steel skewer, large prongs, back brace, leg brackets, and grills. Every component is designed to secure whole animals firmly and deliver consistent, professional-quality spit roasting results.
