The 1200 Stainless Hooded Spartan Spit Rotisserie is a solid, stainless steel spit roaster capable of cooking whole animals with ease. Built for performance and durability, it allows you to cook quicker, save on charcoal, and maintain consistent heat with the hood down, all while offering easy one-person height adjustment during the cook.

Premium Stainless Steel Build

Crafted entirely from stainless steel, this rotisserie delivers long-lasting strength and stability for extended cooks. The solid construction resists rust and wear, making it a reliable centrepiece for years of backyard feasts and events.

Built In Hood For Faster, More Efficient Cooking

With the hood closed, heat is trapped and circulated around the roast, reducing cooking time and charcoal usage. A built in viewing window and temperature gauge let you monitor progress without lifting the hood and losing heat.

Easy One Person Height Adjustment

Changing skewer height mid-cook is simple and safe. The smooth adjustment system allows one person to raise or lower the skewer with precision, helping maintain ideal temperatures and even roasting.

Heavy Duty Motor Options

Choose from 30 kg, 60 kg, or 120 kg rated motors to suit everything from chickens and roasts to whole animals. Combined with lockable wheels, this setup delivers power, control, and mobility in one streamlined unit.

Versatile Grilling And Roasting Setup

Two large stainless steel grills span the full cooking area, allowing direct charcoal grilling or convection-style roasting with the hood closed. The stainless steel charcoal pan insert improves durability and makes cleanup easier after every cook.
