Height control with the Cyprus Spit Locking Handle

Cooking height is one of the easiest ways to manage heat on a charcoal spit. Move the food closer to the coals when you want more heat, or further away when you want to slow things down. The Cyprus Spit Locking Handle lets you make that change, then lock it in so the height stays where you set it.

• Height adjustment: move your cooking height closer to or further from the coals for greater heat control.
• Locking function: hold the cooking height in place once it is set.
• Flaming Coals fit: suits all Flaming Coals Cyprus Spits.

Comfortable to use around the heat

You will usually reach for this handle while the charcoal is burning, so how it feels in your hand matters. The wooden grip is shaped for comfort and is cool to the touch.

• Ergonomic wooden handle: a comfortable grip when you are adjusting the height.
• Cool-touch wood: easier to handle while you are cooking.
• Heat resistant paint: a finish made for use near the fire.
