Zacchary Bird is a home cook who enjoys making food that is rich, delicious, and everything else that people believe vegan food shouldn't be.

He was a vegetarian for eight years and has been a vegan for two and a half years; he only wishes he had done so earlier. In order to regularly surround himself with more cruelty-free cuisine, he opened an Instagram account. He quickly fell in love with interacting with the community and generating content to share.

He also run a temporary ice cream shop, collaborated with companies to promote their vegan products, performed cooking demos, and had his recipes circulated all over the world. He likes anything deep-fried and gluttonous, and he is happiest when he is holding a glass of wine, listening to funk music, and working in his kitchen. Anywhere that wonderful vegan food is served or discussed, you can find him. He longs to spend his days in the kitchen preparing and dispersing his cuisine, seizing every chance to do so.
