Method

1. Begin by preparing your chicken nibble. Lay them out on your bench and pat them dry with a paper towel. This will help you achieve a crispy skin!

2. Next apply a liberal amount of Knuckle Cracker All purpose BBQ Seasoning to the nibbles as a base layer. Remember to cover all sides and edges.

3. Next elevate the flavour with Slow Burner BBQ’s Tenka Suru BBQ rub, remembering to once again cover all sides.

4. Let your wings sit for about 10-15 minutes to let the rubs penetrate.

5. Add your nibbles to the round rotisserie cage (basket). 2-2.5kg is the ideal amount of chicken to achieve the perfect tumbling motion.

6. Light your lump charcoal using your preferred method.

7. Place your skewer with an attached rotisserie cage onto the spit and turn on the motor.
