Prepare the ingredients that will shortly be prepared while you wait! Use anything you like to eat to heavily season the steaks; we used Cow Cover and SPG.

THE COOK

The steaks should be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 95°F (35°C). Pull them out of the cooker when you reach that temperature.

Turn the volume up all the way now; it's time to start some hash marks! 90 seconds (or until it's done how you like it) on each side, rotating halfway through. Once finished, remove them from the fire and tent them with foil lightly.

Melt the entire stick of garlic-herb butter in a cast iron skillet on the grill while the steaks are resting. It's as simple as that: add the shrimp and cook them till they are lovely and pink.

THE PAYOFF

As soon as the shrimp is ready, bring it inside and toss it with some Lemon Pepper wing dust. You won't believe how good it makes seafood taste...
