Grilling Fajita Wraps Using the Pro Q Flip N Grate

Pitmaster Russ recently cooked up fajita wraps - grilled using the ProQ Flip N Grate then finished with pico de gallo and jalapeno creme fraiche.

The rump steak and vegetables were seasoned then grilled in the Flip n Grate grilling rack over hot rods in the smoker base.

When ready the grilling rack is flipped to grill the other side of steak and vegetables, and the height is also adjustable to raise or lower grilling rack towards coals.

After grilling, the meat and vegetables were sliced and diced, squeezed with lime and finished off with pico de gallo and jalapeno creme fraiche.
