Hi, I'm Rhiannon from Flaming Coals and today I'm going to demonstrate how to affix the Flaming Coals Temp Master pro to an Offset Smoker.

To attach the Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro to an Offset Smoker you will also need to purchase the Universal Adapter. The Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro will fit most offset smokers. For the purpose of this demonstration, we are using the Flaming Coals Offset Smoker but as long as your offset smoker has vents on the side, the Temp Master pro will be able to be mounted.

The first step is to remove one of the vents.

Simply remove the screw and remove the vent. Once you have removed the vent on the back of the universal adapter, remove the screw

Once you have removed the screw simply line up the hole on the back of the Universal Adapter to the hole on the side of the smoker where you removed the vent. Press the universal adapter up against the vent hole and insert the screw from inside the firebox.

Secure in place by tightening the screw. Once you have secured the Universal Adapter to the Offset Smoker.

The next step is to screw in the fan. Simply line it up and then rotate in a clockwise direction. Once you've secured the fan to your offset smoker the next step to get it running is to take the Temp Master Pro Control box and simply plug in the fan to the side.

The other ports on here are for the temperature probe as well as the transformer to plug into a 240-volt power socket.

Now, we're plugging in the 240-volt transformer.

Once you've plugged this into power simply turn the on-off switch on the side. The Temp Master Pro comes with a high-quality Sennheiser probe.

You plug it into the side and clip this into the inside of your smoker.

To measure the ambient temperature inside your offset smoker, simply clip the probe inside your grill.

Once you've installed your Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro onto your offset the only thing left to do is to just set your temperature settings to moderate the ambient temperature inside your offset smoker.

And that's how you install the Flaming Coals Temp Master Pro on an Offset Smoker
